“College admission is not what it used to be. Without a clear road map and strategic plan, my son would have certainly missed important steps in applying for college. We knew we needed help to navigate this competitive arena.

Catherine provides years of expertise and helps students 1) find the best college fit, 2) create a custom plan with timelines and most importantly 3) find scholarship assistance.

We learned there are specific milestones necessary each year in high school to prepare for college - which AP classes were best for his college major, when to tour schools, etc. Catherine has numerous resources to help students raise their math and reading/writing scores for SAT and ACT. Test prep tutors and essay writing assistance was key for my son. His SAT score increased over 140 points as a result of the SAT help he received. Having a timeline mapped out took the pressure off because he knew what to to and when - he was always one step ahead of the curve. Mid-October he is excitedly awaiting responses from his target schools (all his applications were submitted in August and September) while many classmates are just beginning their applications.

Finally, college acceptance today is more than SAT scores and high school GPAs. Top colleges want well-rounded applicants. Catherine was instrumental in helping my son identify where to work and volunteer in his chosen field of study. What’s more, Catherine genuinely cares about her students. I know she will be valuable resource for my son (and his younger siblings) for years to come.”
